Free shipping is available on all New Zealand orders over $99 NZD
All orders are carefully packed with intention using our signature Desert Rose wrapping, ensuring your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. Each order is prepared with care within our South Island based studio.
Orders are dispatched via Post Haste within New Zealand. All parcels include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been prepared.
Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be carefully packaged and collected by the courier. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email.
During busy periods or seasonal releases, dispatch times may vary slightly.
Invoices are not included in parcels. Your order confirmation and receipt will be sent to you via email.
If you would like to include a note with your order, you are welcome to leave a message at checkout.
Shipping Costs:

- North Island (Rural): $15.50
- South Island (Non-Rural): $9.50
- South Island (Rural): $14.50
Rural delivery addresses incur a higher courier charge due to carrier pricing. If your address is rural, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
