By visiting or placing an order with Desert Rose Crystals, you agree to the following information and policies. For additional legal information, please also refer to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Currency
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.
2. Our Crystals
Every crystal available at Desert Rose has been personally selected by myself with care.
Thoughtfully sourcing crystals is deeply important to me and I take great care in choosing suppliers I trust and have built relationships with over time. Each piece is chosen for its natural beauty, unique character and the meaning it may bring to your collection.
3. Crystal Meanings
The meanings and healing properties shared throughout Desert Rose Crystals are based on traditional beliefs and personal interpretation. They are offered as a source of inspiration and are not intended as medical advice or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Crystals are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Product Safety
Please handle all products with care.
Crystals may break or chip if dropped and candles should always be used responsibly. Keep candles away from children, pets and flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Post Haste and include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email. If an issue occurs during transit, please get in touch and I will do my best to assist in working with the courier to help resolve the matter.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Returns due to crystal size, colour variation or natural inclusions will not be accepted.
Return Timeframes:
Faulty or damaged items:
Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Change of mind:
Contact must be made within 21 days of delivery.
Return Categories:
- Sale & Outlet Items
• Sale items are non-refundable unless deemed faulty
• Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return
If a sale item is found to be faulty and your return is approved, a replacement or exchange will be offered where possible. If a replacement is not available, store credit or a refund may be offered where appropriate.
- Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are accepted.
Approved returns will be eligible for:
• Exchange
• Store Credit
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.
- Faulty Items
All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch.
If an item is deemed faulty:
• A replacement or exchange will be offered where possible
• If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose between:
- Exchange
- Store Credit
- Refund
7. The Returns Process
Step 1
Email info@desertrosecrystals.com within the applicable timeframe and include:
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the original packaging
• Proof of purchase (name, address and order number)
• Reason for return and return category (faulty/change of mind etc)
Step 2
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
• Items should be with the courier and on their way back to our studio within 7 working days of approval (or communicated with us if delayed)
• Tracked shipping is strongly recommended
Step 3
Once your item has been received and inspected by us, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your return will be processed within 2 working days.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund:
• Please check your bank account first
• Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary
If you still have not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact info@desertrosecrystals.com.
9. Crystal Purchase Information
Every crystal is unique in shape, colour and natural formation.
For smaller items such as tumbles or rough stones, the piece you receive may differ slightly from the image shown. This will always be noted within the product description where applicable.
Natural inclusions, texture variations and small imperfections are part of each crystal's unique character and are not considered faults.
Please read all product descriptions carefully, including "size and details" (located below the add to cart button) before purchasing.
If you would like additional photos or information, you are always welcome to get in touch prior to placing your order.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued electronically and delivered via email.
• Valid for 3 years from date of issue
• Not redeemable for cash
• Not reloadable
• Redeemable only at www.desertrosecrystals.co.nz
If you misplace your gift card, please contact us and it can be resent.
11. Privacy
Desert Rose Crystals does not store your payment details and will never share your payment information with third parties.
