Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.

 

Return Timeframes

  • Faulty or damaged items: Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Change of mind: Contact must be made within 21 days of delivery

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns due to crystal size or natural variation will not be accepted.

 

Sale & Outlet Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty
  • Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return

If a sale item is faulty, and your return is approved, a replacement or exchange will be offered where possible. If this is not available, store credit will be issued.

 

Change of Mind

Returns for change of mind are accepted.

Approved returns will be eligible for:

  • Exchange, or
  • Store credit

Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.

 

Faulty Items

All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. If an item is deemed faulty:

  • A replacement or exchange will be offered where possible
  • If not available, you may choose between: 
    • Exchange
    • Store credit
    • Refund

 

Return Process

Step 1
Email info@desertrosecrystals.com within the applicable timeframe. Please include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (name, address, order number)
  • Reason for return

 

Step 2
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty)
  • Items must be returned within 7 working days of approval (or communicated if delayed)

Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

 

Step 3
Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved, your return will be processed within 2 working days.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account
  • Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Crystal Purchase Terms

Every crystal is unique in shape, colour, and natural formation.

For smaller items such as tumbles or rough stones, the piece you receive may differ slightly from the image shown. This will always be noted in the product description.

Natural imperfections are part of each crystal’s beauty and are not considered faults.

Please read all product descriptions carefully, including measurements and weight, before purchasing.

If you would like additional photos or information, you are always welcome to get in touch prior to purchasing.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued electronically and delivered via email.

If you misplace your gift card, please contact us and it can be resent.
