Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Free shipping is available on all New Zealand orders over $99 NZD 🤍

For orders under this amount, shipping is calculated based on your location:

  • North Island (Non-Rural): $10.50
  • North Island (Rural): $15.50
  • South Island (Non-Rural): $9.50
  • South Island (Rural): $14.50

All orders are thoughtfully packaged and sent with full tracking so you can follow their journey to you.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each order is carefully prepared within 1–3 working days.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery timeframes are:

  • South Island (Non-Rural): Overnight delivery
  • North Island (Non-Rural): 1–2 working days

Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 working days.

You’ll receive your tracking details via email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Who do you ship with?

All New Zealand orders are sent via Post Haste.

Each parcel is tracked from dispatch through to delivery, giving you visibility every step of the way.

Please note that a physical delivery address is required, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 

Packaging & Gifting

 

How will my order arrive?

Every order is wrapped in a way that feels considered and special from the moment it arrives.

Your pieces are carefully prepared and presented to create a beautiful unboxing experience whether your order is for yourself or a gift.

Invoices are not included in parcels, making it easy to send your order directly to the recipient.

 

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes, you’re welcome to include a personal message.

Simply leave your note in the “message to seller” box at checkout and it will be included with your order.

 

What packaging materials do you use?

Your beautiful pieces are wrapped individually by hand and thoughtfully presented using tissue paper to cushion and recycled brown paper to wrap, along with wood wool, recycled ribbon, and dried flowers.

Where possible, all of our packaging is eco-conscious and recycled materials, with extra care taken when needed to ensure everything arrives safely.

Every order is prepared with intention, so it feels beautiful to receive, not just protected in transit 🤍

 

International Orders

 

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available on request.

If you are located outside of New Zealand, please get in touch via the Contact page here and I will organise a personalised shipping quote for you.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Changes & Support

 

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make a change, please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, changes are no longer able to be made.

 

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order is delayed or you have any concerns, please first contact the courier using your tracking number:

  • Post Haste (NZ): 0800 727 784
  • DHL Express (International): via your local DHL service

Lost or delayed parcels

While every effort is made to assist, Desert Rose Crystals cannot be held liable for parcels once they have left our studio and are in transit with the courier.

Can I return an item?

Yes, If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Terms and Conditions/Disclaimer page and review the Returns Policy in the first instance.
