By visiting or placing an order with Desert Rose Crystals, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. For further information, please also refer to our Terms of Service page.
Currency
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.
Our Crystals
Each crystal available at Desert Rose has been personally hand selected with care.
Ethical sourcing and sustainability are deeply important to me. I have spent considerable time sourcing from trusted suppliers who align with fair wage practices and safe working conditions, so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
Disclaimer
Please handle all products with care. Crystals and candles can pose risks if used incorrectly and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Desert Rose Crystals cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
Any information provided regarding crystal properties, energy, or healing is intended as a guide only. These insights are based on personal experience, tradition, and belief, and are not scientifically proven.
Crystals are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you are unwell or require medical support, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional in the first instance.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Post Haste and include tracking.
Once an order has been dispatched, Desert Rose Crystals is not liable for parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. However, I will always do my best to assist if any issues arise.
Returns & Exchanges
Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.
Return Timeframes

Faulty or damaged items: Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Change of mind: Contact must be made within 21 days of delivery
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns due to crystal size or natural variation will not be accepted.
Sale & Outlet Items
- Sale items are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty
- Outlet items are final sale and not eligible for return
If a sale item is faulty, and your return is approved, a replacement or exchange will be offered where possible. If this is not available, store credit will be issued.
Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are accepted.
Approved returns will be eligible for:
- Exchange, or
- Store credit
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases.
Faulty Items
All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch. If an item is deemed faulty:
- A replacement or exchange will be offered where possible
- If not available, you may choose between:
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund
Return Process
Step 1
Email info@desertrosecrystals.com within the applicable timeframe. Please include:
- Photos of the item
- Original packaging
- Proof of purchase (name, address, order number)
- Reason for return
Step 2
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless item is faulty)
- Items must be returned within 7 working days of approval (or communicated if delayed)
Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.
Step 3
Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
If approved, your return will be processed within 2 working days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund:
- Please check your bank account
- Then contact your bank, as processing times may vary
If you still have not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact info@desertrosecrystals.com
Crystal Purchase Terms
Every crystal is unique in shape, colour, and natural formation.
For smaller items such as tumbles or rough stones, the piece you receive may differ slightly from the image shown. This will always be noted in the product description.
Natural imperfections are part of each crystal’s beauty and are not considered faults.
Please read all product descriptions carefully, including measurements and weight, before purchasing.
If you would like additional photos or information, you are always welcome to get in touch prior to purchasing.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued electronically and delivered via email.
- Valid for 3 years from date of issue
- Not redeemable for cash
- Not reloadable
- Usable only on www.desertrosecrystals.co.nz
If you misplace your gift card, please contact us and it can be resent.
Privacy
Desert Rose Crystals does not store payment details and will never share your payment information with third parties.
